Lauren Rodgers, a native of Los Angeles, CA was first introduced to her culinary gift at the age of seven. Food was a huge part of her upbringing as her grandparents hail from Tipido, Louisiana and raised Lauren’s mother Sandra with the rule of the kitchen being the heart of a home. Lauren was taught in the kitchen at a young age the importance of authentic cooking from scratch and that ignited her culinary flame. After graduating high school Lauren furthered her cooking skills while attending Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Hollywood CA. Upon graduating from school she was hired to be on the opening team of the Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village, CA. She soaked up knowledge in the banquet kitchen as well as the Japanese Fusion restaurant Onyx. After leaving Four Seasons, Lauren went on to start her own private chef/food delivery company titled Lavish Feast that services celebrity clientele, corporate events, and teaching demos. Lauren’s forte is “clean eating” so she pairs her Japanese fusion background with locally grown, seasonal products to give her clients an overall palatable experience.
